What do I do if mold is found?
There are many different types of mold. We will test a sample of the mold found to determine the level and whether mold remediation is necessary.
How do I get my tap water tested?
We provide a water test kit that can be taken to your county health department for evaluation. For more in depth testing, a sample can be taken to Aqua Test Laboratory for a fee.
What do I have to know about the septic?
In most cases, the previous owner will notify the buyer of the location of the septic. This information can also be obtained from the County. Depending on when the septic was last inspected, a professional septic cleaning company should be called to pump out the septic.
